Whether
you are looking for a dream holiday home, permanent residence or a financial
investment, an inspection trip is a very convenient way for you to find
what you are looking for.
If you are unfamiliar with this part of Spain, we will allocate time to give you a tour of the area - there is no point in simply looking at property if the area itself does not appeal to you.
Personal Service
Your personal tour guide will be either Martin, Chris or Rebecca. They have all lived and worked here in Spain for a good number of years and their wealth of experience and local knowledge will be invaluable in helping you to evaluate your options.
Our viewing trips are tailored to match your requirements so there are no hard and fast rules. A typical viewing trip will run for two, three or four days, during which time you will receive a guided tour if required (which will include places of interest, leisure activities, entertainment centres, restaurants and bars etc)...and of course we make sure that you see a good selection of carefully researched properties that fall within your budget and criteria. We deal with all main constructors and are part of a 500 member network so we have the widest selection of new and resale properties available.
When we find you the right property and you decide to make a purchase, you will find that our dedicated personal after sales service really helps when you need it most. We will help you all the way from arranging bank accounts and NIE numbers to arranging solicitors and mortgages. The prospect of buying a property abroad may seem very daunting if you are unfamiliar with the processes involved, but please don't worry - we will hold your hand through the whole process to make sure that everything runs smoothly.

We do not use any 'hard sell' sales tactics - our experience shows us that if we find the right property our clients will buy provided they are happy with everything.
